Our Mission is to Focus on Women from All Walks of Life, that are willing to let the spirit of God Lead, Guide,and Direct them from Brokenness to Wholeness with the help of a Sister's Hand. As we as Sister's Growing Strong together we will leave "NO WOMEN LEFT BEHIND" We will Foster a place where Women will no longer have to be Lonely, Sad, Depressed, Unwanted, Bruised or Broken because your Sister will have your Hand. A place where Corporate Worship, Prayer and Love will take Place. Jesus Christ will Always be THEE Center of our Healing, Love and Joy to Complete Wholeness.

Reverend Rasheedah M. Lee

Rev. Rasheedah Lee is a native of Chester and a product of the Chester School System. She is the wife of Duane Lee and mother of two beautiful daughters, Vada Sanai and Xyla Dior. She owns and operates Rasheedah’s Exquisite Hair Designs for over 26 years. In April 2015. she opened the doors of Sanai Dior Ballroom and Wedding Chapel. Two years later, she opened an additional Ballroom and Wedding Chapel servicing the people of Chester for various events for family, friends and religious gatherings. She is the Visionary of Sisters Growing Strong Ministry (SGS Ministry) that launched December 2017. A Women's Ministry that allows women to feel a relief from their everyday disappointments, doubts, hurts, daily stress, insecurities and pain. She also began Feeding the 4,000 Ministry, serving all of Chester’s hungry. She began My Business Matters Ministry, She's A Co-Author of an Anthology of 30 women. “Don’t Call Me Strong”. She serves on the Chester Economic Development Authority Board in the City of Chester Her journey has been led by God and today she is an ordained Reverend. She was called to the ministry in 2010 under the direction of Rev. Thaddeus Kirkland pastor of Community Baptist Church. In September of 2015, she was ordained a Reverend under the New Hope Baptist Association. She is a graduate of Manna Bible Institute. Preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ is her absolute purpose and she is always willing to deliver the unadulterated Word of God at any cost.
